Ordering

• Very large orders may require a deposit. This deposit will then be used to offset the customers final payment.
• In the unlikely event that your product is defective, it may be returned in their original packaging. Please note that this will depend on the type of product.

Shipping

• Shipping costs will be calculated after the order is placed as shipping depends on weight and delivery location. A quote for shipping can be requested before placing the order.
